About the Work Kitchen Guard provides commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and inspection services that support fire safety, insurance compliance, and regulatory standards for restaurants and commercial kitchens. This is essential safety and compliance work—not janitorial cleaning. Because the work directly affects inspections, insurance, and liability, we operate with defined processes, strict documentation, and zero tolerance for shortcuts. Technicians clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems to standard, follow checklists, document work accurately, and leave sites clean, compliant, and secure. The role fits reliable, detail‑oriented operators who prefer clear expectations and structured work.
