Role Description The Senior Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) is a full-time, on-site role based in West Hollywood, CA. The senior creative strategist needs to have a deep understanding of direct response fundamentals. They should know the study of why people buy, and how to make them do it. Customer psychology, hooks, unique mechanisms, offers. Qualifications Direct Response expert with 5+ years experience Product Strategy expertise, including experience defining white space, positioning, avatars Strong Writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused copy for Meta/TikTok Ads Research capabilities, including trends, market, and competitive analysis to inform ad creative decision Proven experience in performance marketing for beauty, wellness, or consumer products, with a track record of driving measurable results Comfort working with data, A/B testing, and creative performance metrics to iterate and optimize campaigns Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to team members Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
