Production Worker (1st Shift)

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating various metal fabrication equipment and supporting daily production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including benders, shredders, and shears

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation

• Perform basic quality checks on finished products

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Experience operating industrial machinery is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
