Post-doctoral Research Fellowship Position In Abdominal Mri

A post-doctoral position is immediately available in the Quantitative Body MRI research group at the BioMedical Engineering and Imaging Institute (BMEII) and the Department of Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City for a motivated PhD, MD/PhD or MSc. The primary responsibility of this position is to analyze and post-process advanced MRI quantification methods (diffusion, perfusion and elastography), with an emphasis on radiomics and texture analysis in oncology and IBD.

Background in medicine and/or image processing at the MD or PhD level is desired. Pulse sequence programming experience and interest and/or experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning or big data analytics are desirable.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $72,500.00 - $80,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
