This position is within the Space Systems Central Engineering SW and Electronics Organization supporting the Deep Space Advance Radar Capability (DARC) program. The selected individual will manage up to 15 direct reports and serve as an individual contributor, SW product owner, or SW team lead within the DARC program.The ideal candidate will have experience developing, integrating, and debugging software applications on complicated systems and diverse programming languages is key. The successful candidate must also possess leadership characteristics that enables successful team outcomes, growth of the organization, and the development of innovative solutions to difficult problems. Excellent organization skills, and the ability to collaborate with various disciplines and program functions to successfully execute program objectives is a must. Previous ground-based RADAR, microservices based software architectures, and people management experience is preferred. The selected individual will manage up to 15 direct reports and serve as an individual contributor, software product owner, or software team lead within the DARC program.This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
