In this role, you will provide evidence‑based care to acutely ill adult patients, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor complex telemetry and hemodynamics. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EHR. New grads receive structured orientation, preceptorship, ongoing clinical education, and clear pathways for professional growth within a compassionate, team‑focused environment committed to safe, patient‑centered care.
