What You'll Do

As a Home care COTA , you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety with daily activities
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

* Current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy (COTA) license

* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience

* Afternoon availability

Nice to Have:

* Previous home care experience

* Monday-Friday availability
