About The Role The Revenue Operations Analyst role bridges the gap between sales technology, data pipeline integrity, and commercial execution. This position is responsible for administering the revenue tech stack and translating raw CRM data into actionable insights for the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Operating at the intersection of business systems and process design, the role ensures that the go-to-market engine runs smoothly. The focus is on diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, and building the analytics infrastructure that leadership relies on for forecasting and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Administer the enterprise CRM (Salesforce) and integrated revenue tools, managing user permissions, custom objects, validation rules, and automated workflows Build and maintain live performance dashboards in HubSpot, Tableau, or Salesforce to track core SaaS metrics including ARR, net retention, pipeline velocity, and LTV/CAC Perform weekly and monthly data audits to identify and resolve duplicate leads, broken routing rules, and missing pipeline attribution details Design, document, and implement standardized lead-to-opportunity routing processes to optimize speed-to-lead across sales segments Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to assist in territory planning, quota allocation modeling, and quarterly commission tracking calculations Train and onboard sales representatives and account managers on system updates, process compliance, and tool adoption best practices What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), including a strong understanding of object relationships, flow builder, and report creation Proven capability with SQL and data visualization software (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) to query and model complex datasets Strong understanding of the marketing-to-sales funnel mechanics, including lead scoring, MQL/SQL definition, and multi-touch attribution models Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or a highly analytical equivalent field Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or experience deploying sales engagement tools like Outreach.io, Gong, or ZoomInfo #J-18808-Ljbffr
