Senior Shift Leader, Manufacturing Operations
Griffith Laboratories
Griffith Foods Inc. is seeking an onsite Shift Leader to oversee production across the shift at our Alsip, IL facility. You will lead Team Leaders, translate objectives into action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
The role emphasizes lean principles, cost control and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams. A strong emphasis on leadership and reliable execution is required.
