Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE)CACI is searching for an accomplished, senior level Systems Engineer subject matter expert. Systems Engineers work with technical subject matter experts on our development teams, applying their tradecraft and experience to provide our customer with a mission critical solution. If you have the systems and RF background, a detailed nature, are passionate about staying current with the latest technologies, capabilities and tools, and enjoy working in a highly collaborative team-based environment, then we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:As a Senior Systems Engineer and subject matter expert, you will help to define client requirements for RF solutions, allocate system requirements, and derive requirements to ensure the system architecture is fully defined, understood, and compliant to mission needsYou will interface with RF systems engineers, antenna designers, transceiver designers, signal processing architects and mechanical packaging engineersYou will work with clients in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve their critical needs and challenges.Solutions will require analysis, modeling, design, and test using tools such as MATLAB, Systems Toolkit, and GRASPIn partnership with others, you will define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational concepts.You will develop models and architectural guidelines for system development, and provide technical direction related to the implementation of system architecture by other staffYou will provide technical recommendations to executive program and engineering leadersQualifications: Required:Proven thought leadership for defining innovative, creative and cost effective design solutionsDemonstrated experience in RF systems requirements analysis, system architecture design and signals decompositionDemonstrated leadership in defining RF systems design, collaborating with diverse, cross functional, and geographically dispersed hardware and software teamsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related major.10+ years experience specifically leading, designing, and developing RF solutions.
