Warehouse Specialist 3

***This position is located at our NEW facility at 283 Ship Canal Parkway!*** Job Purpose The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and technology-enabled warehouse operations. This position goes beyond traditional warehouse or forklift work-requiring strong problem-solving skills, comfort with digital tools, and the flexibility to shift between tasks as operational needs evolve. The ideal candidate is curious, tech-savvy, and motivated to help improve warehouse processes and performance. Key Responsibilities
Direct Reports None Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
- Execute all inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, order picking, and staging.
- Operate forklifts and powered equipment safely and efficiently while using RF scanners and digital tools to complete tasks.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft applications to track, update, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, workflow bottlenecks, and equipment or scanning issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, special projects, and evolving production or logistics needs.
- Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA standards, and internal quality and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
- Support operational priorities by shifting between tasks and work areas as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional flexible duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong familiarity with warehouse technology including WMS platforms, RF scanners, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in real time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous forklift certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates).
- Steel-toed boots/shoes required.
- Safety vest required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
