Job Details

• Pay: $27.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts: Day Shift, 8 hour Rotating
• Location: Palo Alto, CA
• Duration: 13 Weeks initially

Minimum Qualifications

Education Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid California Driver's License

Experience:

• Minimum three (3) years of inventory control, inventory management, materials management, or supply chain experience
• Strong analytical and inventory reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records and location data within Lawson
• Analyze inventory utilization, inventory turns, and days of inventory on hand (DIOH)
• Support asset inventory management initiatives across multiple supply locations
• Manage inventory overstock, reallocation, and inventory repositioning activities
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
• Establish and optimize inventory par levels based on demand patterns and usage trends
• Develop inventory utilization reports and performance metrics
• Assist with inventory location setup and maintenance
• Train frontline staff on inventory systems, handheld devices, and inventory management best practices
• Implement process improvements that reduce inventory costs and improve efficiency
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Collaborate with supply chain and operational teams to ensure inventory availability and accuracy
