Job Description
Title: Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: 12H Night shifts, every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts required.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:
- MA nursing license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- BLS/ACLS certification (AHA) required
- Epic experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- PALS or ENPC certification required (or equivalency)
- TNCC certification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate care to patients with medical emergencies.
- Perform patient assessments and document care using electronic health records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in trauma evaluations and care management.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must be separated from previous employment with the healthcare facility for 6 months to be considered.
- Excessive time off will not be considered, especially around holidays.
- Candidates must check emails consistently as they will be contacted via email for scheduling.
