LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - Days/Nights

Job Summary:

Join our dedicated team at Nightingale at Monticello, a trusted provider of skilled nursing services, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Days/Nights shift. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting a positive and safe environment, and fostering a culture of compassion and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with state and federal guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and professionalism

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor or DON

• Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan updates

• Promote a safe, positive, resident-centered environment

Requirements:

• Active Arkansas LPN license

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident dignity

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive care environment
