PLUMBER HELPER / IRRIGATION HELPER
Lee County | $19–$20/HR | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We’re looking for a dependable Plumber Helper / Irrigation Helper to join a growing irrigation company in Lee County!
This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to learn a trade. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians assisting with irrigation installation, repairs, piping, sprinkler systems, and job-site projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist technicians with irrigation installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Dig trenches and assist with laying and connecting pipe
- Install and replace sprinkler heads, valves, and irrigation components
- Use hand tools and basic power tools
- Load and unload tools, pipe, materials, and equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting irrigation systems
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Learn new skills and grow into a skilled Irrigation Technician
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Clean driving record REQUIRED
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools is a plus
- Plumbing, irrigation, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful
- Must be comfortable working outside in Florida heat and weather
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, dig, and stay active throughout the workday
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Entry-level candidates are welcome!
