Reference: PR/594507_1781097297Demand Planner - OregonOverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy and inventory optimization across a diverse product portfolio. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate market signals, sales trends, and consumer behavior into actionable demand plans that support business growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trend analysis, and market intelligenceCollaborate with merchandising, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business strategiesAnalyze forecast performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, bias, and responsivenessTranslate demand plans into supply requirements, supporting inventory optimization and service level targetsLead demand review meetings, providing insights on risks, opportunities, and key drivers of demand variabilityMonitor product performance, seasonality trends, and external factors to proactively adjust forecastsSupport new product launches with demand projections and scenario planningDrive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, processes, and data utilizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field3-7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analyticsStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large data setsExperience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentKey CompetenciesData Analysis & ForecastingBusiness AcumenCross-Functional CollaborationProblem Solving & Critical ThinkingAttention to DetailAdaptability & Continuous ImprovementLocationOregon (Hybrid work model with regular on-site collaboration)BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageEmployee discounts and access to premium productsGenerous paid time off and wellness programsOpportunities for career advancement and professional development
