Otolaryngology Physician

Job Description Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking an additional Physician Associate to join their Otolaryngology team in a subspecialty position, supporting the Head & Neck Surgery service. Position highlights: Join a newly formed subspecialty group within the ENT department, managing patients with Head & Neck cancer as well as benign neoplastic disease. Duties will include outpatient (clinic) care, both independently and alongside a H&N surgeon, inpatient management, and operative assisting. The PA will liaise with patients as well as other services (medical/radiation oncology, SLP, nursing, dietician) to provide multidisciplinary care. Experience with Head & Neck cancer patients and surgical assisting, laryngoscopy, tracheostomy management, and post operative wound management is preferred. Maine Physician Associate and DEA licenses required or immediately eligible for the same Compensation Information: $115,000-$119,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity. The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
