About the Position

Join a growing, patient-centered value-based care organization as a full-time Primary Care Physician in Upland, California. This outpatient opportunity is built around you and your patients—not visit volume—allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care with the support of a collaborative clinical team.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday Schedule | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Outpatient-Only Primary Care
• Competitive Base Salary: $253,643-$380,464
• Bonus opportunity
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
• Long-Term Incentive Eligible: Physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization's success

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related Primary Care specialty
• Active DEA license
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, and value-based care
• Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills
