Data Analyst

Senior Data AnalystResponsibilities:Perform ETL tasks and develop migrations, including conversion and integration programs.Data analysis, mapping, validation, migration, and testing for large-scale data migrations.Strong understanding of the processes and tools necessary to analyze, map, migrate and validate data movement.Experience working as the liaison between the technology teams and service providers.Ability to create a repeatable data migration process through multiple applications and scripting.Develop detailed technical design documents for data migrations.Demonstrated experience in successfully understanding and becoming an expert in customer data.Customer-facing work experience with demonstrated capacity to deliver projects.Strong business, technical, and data analysis experience and skills.Experience:2+ years of relevant SQL and scripting experience.3+ years experience with data migrations, including data conversion, and reconciliation, both from source to target and within target, including reconciliation between systems.Strong relational database skills: can design and develop queries as needed.Experience with reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflow in a large-scale environment.Experience in working with relational databasesProficiency with advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, vlookups, and macros.Experience with database management tools (i.e., Microsoft SQL Management Studio)Strong problem-solving, research, document creation, and quality assurance experience and skills.Experience providing production support, including analysis and resolution of incidents.Good communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field
