Job Description

Launch Your Career in Business Banking. Join our team as a Credit Review Specialist and gain hands-on experience evaluating businesses supporting lending decisions and helping small businesses achieve their growth goals.

In this role youll work closely with experienced banking professionals to assess credit risk and provide recommendations that directly influence lending decisions. What Youll Do

• Conduct credit analyses for renewals and loan modifications.
• Prepare clear and concise credit presentations and recommendations for lending decision-makers.
• Review customer accounts and loan portfolios to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and credit leaders to support business clients and make informed credit decisions.
• Contribute to maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while supporting the banks growth objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically one or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of credit and risk analysis economics accounting and finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Suite - including Excel Teams Outlook etc.

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
