Equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house diagnostics, and triage capabilities, we are able to help clients quickly understand their pet's condition and treatment options.Our hospital works hard to fill the important space between general practice and emergency medicine. After support and stabilization from us, treated pets follow up with their primary vet, or are referred to Arkansas's largest ER and Specialty Hospital for those who need advanced procedures or critical care.We're looking for adaptable, team-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy seeing a wide variety of cases each day, and are passionate about providing high-quality care! In urgent care, no two shifts are the same- our ideal teammates are confident shifting gears at a moment's notice depending on what walks through the door and are excited by the challenge and reward that comes with it.If you're looking to be part of a collaborative, energetic, and growing practice where you can make a real impact every shift, we'd love to meet you!Job DescriptionJob duties include, but are not limited to: pet restraint, triage incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability, administration of medications, effective communication of treatment plans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.
