Compensation: $100,000 $120,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and oversight of all nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Ohio (required)
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven success with staff development, compliance, and quality care outcomes
