We're looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to coach, support, and lead our Inside Sales team in a fast-paced office environment. Location: Amherst, NY (In Person) Schedule: Full-time Flexible scheduling Core hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales (full-cycle) Representatives & Appointment Setters (3rd party sales) Coach employees on communication, sales and appointment-setting techniques Monitor daily performance and help the team meet goals Train and onboard new team members Foster a positive, engaged, uplifting, professional, and team-oriented work environment Work closely with management to improve team performance Lead by example through professionalism and strong communication Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Health insurance Paid on-the-job training 40 hours of paid sick time (accrued) 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) (accrued) Opportunities for career growth and advancement People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question Are you able to reliably commute to the Amherst/Buffalo, NY area?
