RN - TELE

Registered Nurse - Evening Shift, Med-Surg / Telemetry

This is a 13-week contract position.

Evening shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will primarily work on the 1S Observation unit and may be required to float to other Med-Surg units, including Respiratory, Stroke, and Cardiac units, as well as the Emergency Department if appropriately skilled. Current proficiency in Epic EMR is required, and the RN must possess active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Provide patient care in the Observation unit and other Med-Surg units.

Demonstrate competency in reading telemetry and BCRA, with testing on the first day of the contract.

Adhere to facility protocols regarding scheduling and time off.

Meet Epic EMR proficiency requirements as a condition of employment.

Minimum of 3 years of current/recent experience in Telemetry and Med-Surg nursing.

Active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.

Proficiency in Epic EMR is mandatory.
