About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10:00 - 20:30; 10:30 - 21:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in critical care or PACU in an acute care setting of similar size and complexity. License: Active Registered Nurse license in California Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Minimum 2 years of experience with airway management - Experience with central lines and post procedure care in a critical care/PACU environment Description: Registered Nurse in PACU required. The role involves managing patient care post-anesthesia. The nurse will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the nursing process in addressing physical, psychosocial, and psychological needs of patients. Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with patients and families. Candidates should have experience in airway management and familiarity with central line care. All certifications must be from recognized organizations and valid at the time of submission. A thorough background check will be conducted prior to hiring. Candidates should be prepared to provide accurate work history information spanning the last seven years.
