ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE – FULL TIME - MONDAY-FRIDAY Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Job Location: Lansing, MI - Lansing, MI 48917-2108 Campus based position – not remote Full Time Schedule - Monday-Friday, 3 days a week 8:00-4:30 and 2 afternoon/evenings a week 11:30-8:00 Do you have sales experience, an understanding of product knowledge experience and phone work, mad computer skills and a passion for education? Ability to work assigned schedule – including 2 evenings. This job is performed at the campus - it is not remote Technology experience with Microsoft Office products, Google Docs and scanning is helpful Ability and desire to make extensive outbound phone calls, using phone outlines to set appointments Our successful admissions team members have varied backgrounds like former admissions, recruiting, experience in adult education, outbound call center representatives, retail sales. High School diploma or GED, with consideration for some college, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Reference and background check required for employment Bilingual a plus Prior Nursing school or medical experience a plus All staff must have Sufficient ability to stand for extended periods of time, move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or facilitate student participation.
