We're seeking caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and dignity.Service areas: Daphne, Spanish Fort, Foley, Fairhope, Summerdale, Robertsdale, Loxely, Elberta, Lillian, Bay Minette, Stockton, and surrounding areas.Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support depending on patient care planHelp prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication remindersPerform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environmentOffer meaningful companionship and emotional supportAssist with transportation to medical appointments and errandsDocument care provided and communicate with healthcare teamFollow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needsIdeal candidates will have:A genuine desire to help othersReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobilityPatience, empathy, and professional demeanorPrevious caregiving experience preferred but not requiredThis job is:A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or moreA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and educationA job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to applyOpen to applicants who do not have a High School diplomaThis is a Medicaid Waiver Program and pays $10.00 an hour with no mileage.Ready to start a rewarding career?
