RN Unit Manager

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader who is committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor staffing and help reduce overtime and agency usage
Address staff concerns and performance issues
Participate in QAPI initiatives
Evaluate and educate staff on nursing competencies
Support MDS processes and interdisciplinary discharge planning
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding

Qualifications:

Active Florida RN license
Minimum 2 years of SNF experience
Prior leadership or management experience preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
