Your mission will be to keep the factory's equipment up and running, and you'll get as much hands-on training as you need to do an excellent job.


What will your average day look like?

• Setting up shop tools and equipment
• Keeping the building and grounds in tip-top shape
• Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Keeping a keen eye on our machines in operation to be able to diagnose any malfunctions that may occur
• Making approved modifications to machinery and equipment as needed
• Repairing and replacing any parts that might become defective
• Starting up different equipment to make sure it's performing well
• Maintaining, installing, and repairing electrical equipment
• Keeping accurate records of all tools and maintenance performed on equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent*
• Nice to have: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent training; two to four years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics as well as welding fabrication, plumbing, HVAC, blueprint reading, basic PLC knowledge, compressors and vacuum systems

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts from either 7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
  12-hour shifts are on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule; 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working. Work 3 days one week and 4 days next week - have every other weekend off!
