The role involves providing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable managing trauma, STEMI, psychiatric, cardiac, gastrointestinal, and stroke cases. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical patients, and 6:1 for fast track. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with resilience and a team-oriented attitude. A flexible and easy-going personality is essential for this role. All applicants must possess required certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC.
