Job Details Location: Tyler, TX 75701 Setting: Neuro ICU Employment Type: Travel RN, on-site Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Shift Duration: 12 hours Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,530 - $1,610 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: September 8, 2026 Hours Per Week: 36 Weekend Coverage: Half of the contract weekends Patient Ratio: 2:1 Charting System: Epic Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submittal 2 years of Neuro ICU experience preferred Neuro experience required Travel nursing experience preferred Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Experience with Epic preferred Strong critical care background and comfort caring for adult neuro patients Ability to float to ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care for adult Neuro ICU patients Monitor and assess patients with neurological and critical care needs Administer medications, manage lines and drips, and support ventilated patients Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately Document care accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication Support specialized neuro critical care interventions and procedures as needed Float to ICU, IMC, or Tele units when required based on patient care needs Apply now for this Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse opportunity in Tyler, Texas, and join a team dedicated to exceptional critical care.
