Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our team. This position offers a day shift schedule with no weekends or holidays, providing a stable and predictable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Administer treatments utilizing protocols aligned with patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with certification, licensing, and documentation standards.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid state or compact Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Minimum of one year outpatient PT experience.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred and required for ER.
• Ability to pass background checks with minor infractions accepted.
• Valid COVID-19 vaccination documentation required or completed exemption request within 72 hours if applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
