Registered Nurse (RN) Hospital at Home (ICU) PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Bayada OTA seeks a Registered Nurse for our Transition Team, providing complex care at home in Philadelphia. This role supports transition from hospital to ongoing home care services, partnering with CHOP to care for clients with rare and complex diseases.
