What You’ll Do

As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the life of a personal injury case. Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients and providing case updates

• Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills

• Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation

• Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and settlement demands

• Assisting attorneys with case preparation and investigation

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating case-related activities

• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Supporting and collaborating with legal assistants and team members

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, empathetic, and confident handling multiple tasks at once.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior personal injury or legal experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management software

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

• A proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
