Traveling Superintendent - Norcal

This role is ideal for a hands on field leader with strong tilt up or industrial construction experience who thrives in fast paced environments and is comfortable traveling for projects. The Superintendent's home base must be within the Northern California region.What You'll Do:Lead all on site construction activities from project start through completionOversee ground up commercial projects including tilt up concrete and or industrial structuresCoordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivityEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and company policiesMaintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updatesCollaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficientlyRepresent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partnersWhat You'll Bring:Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projectsTilt up construction and or industrial project experience requiredStrong commercial construction background including industrial, warehouse, or large scale projectsHome base must be located within the Northern California regionAbility and willingness to travel across Northern California and throughout the United States as project needs requireStrong leadership, communication, and problem solving skillsTravel and CompensationTravel required based on project needsPer diem provided for travel assignmentsAbout UsUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
