Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support employees in their daily duties. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance standards. Conduct training and onboarding for new employees. Assign work schedules and adjust staffing levels based on operational needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Communicate operational updates and expectations to team members. Collaborate with management to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality. Assist with hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained and operated safely. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Leadership and team‑building skills. Conflict resolution and decision‑making abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Customer service orientation. Understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the worksite for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds, depending on operational requirements. Ability to work in various environmental conditions as required by the position.
