Rental Property Maintenance Technician

Paris, KY | Full-Time | $25–$28 per hour

Join our planned two person maintenance team servicing 81 rental units and growing in and around Paris, KY. We’re looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality work and treats residents with respect.

Independent HVAC repair is not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders, preventive maintenance, and rental unit make-ready work.

• Handle plumbing, basic electrical and appliance repairs, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

• Travel between properties; keep accurate work-order notes and organized work areas.

• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies during your assigned on-call week.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience.

• Ability to complete common repairs independently and recognize when specialized help is needed.

• Dependability, attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for residents’ homes.

• Valid driver’s license, ability to safely operate a company vehicle, and availability for the shared on-call

rotation.

• Full background check and drug test required as part of the hiring process.

Pay Benefits and Schedule

• $25–$28 per hour, based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.

• Full-time work with a planned on-call rotation of one week on, three weeks off, once fully staffed.
