Job Description

MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local clients are NOW HIRING for a Return Processor in the Indianapolis, IN, area!

Pay: $18.00

Shift: 1st shift 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday

Location: Northwest Indianapolis

Job summary :

Returns processor's responsibilities are to process returned customer equipment. This equipment can be, but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, scanners, printers, and laptops.

Duties:

Use the provided digital resources and knowledgebases to assist in day-to-day tasks
Troubleshoot, triage, and determine condition of all returned equipment
Create transactions in proprietary web-based portal
Create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in WMS for every item returned
Meet the expectations of the assignment, which is heavily based on throughput Arrive on time
Follow the safety and security policies set within the department

Requirements:

Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.
Comfortable with computers, technology, and mobile devices
Comfortable with Microsoft office
Keen attention to detail.
Capable of lifting to 10-45 lbs. on a consistent basis.
Proficient in completing daily operator sheets in English.

Work Environment:

Seated
Temperature controlled warehouse
At computer station for duration of shift
