Area Sales Leader- Monarch Urology - Allegheny

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to drive commercialization across a multi-state territory including Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and surrounding areas. The role involves developing sales strategies, building physician relationships, and supporting adoption of a robotic-assisted urology system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans targeting capital system sales and procedure growth
• Build territory strategy including account segmentation, funnel management, and launch prioritization
• Establish relationships with physicians, administrators, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical discussions to support system evaluation and adoption
• Coordinate post-sale installation, training, and utilization support with internal and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 2+ years healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales experience
• 2+ years capital equipment or complex medical sales experience preferred
• Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical information to physicians
• Strong business planning, forecasting, and account strategy skills
• Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or OR-based selling preferred
