Job Description

What Will I Be Doing?

• This position pays $18/hour and coordinates the pick-ups and drop-offs for customers to attend sales presentations at our resorts.
• Collect deposits and return to management for reconciliation.
• Communicate scripted information to guests during transportation and provide snacks and refreshments to guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with the Company standards.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience.
• Driver's Licenses (non-commercial), must be state-specific.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
