In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients during visits, confirming appointments, providing information, handling client inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Support sales and marketing initiatives by distributing materials and maintaining client engagement during wait times.
