We're looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in customer service and sales. No insurance experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist new and existing customers with their questions and needs.
- Build relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email.
- Schedule appointments for our licensed team members.
- Help maintain customer accounts and update information.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business.
- Work with the team to achieve individual and office sales goals.
- A positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable talking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
