Position Overview

The Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects through all phases of design and construction. This role requires a detail-oriented Architect with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is a proactive Project Manager who can confidently oversee consultant coordination, client communication, construction documentation, and project delivery while maintaining design quality and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare and commercial architecture projects from planning through construction
• Lead project teams and coordinate consultants throughout all project phases
• Prepare and oversee construction documents using Revit
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Apply building code knowledge to project documentation and coordination
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations
• Mentor junior staff and support team collaboration
• Coordinate project deliverables and construction administration activities
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in architecture and/or project management
• Accredited degree in Architecture
• Licensure or actively pursuing licensure preferred
• Healthcare project experience preferred but not required
• Advanced Revit proficiency required
• Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines
• Experience coordinating consultants and client relationships
