Project Manager
This role will serve primarily as a Product Analyst to define roadmaps, deliverables, perform backlog maintenance prioritization as well as support the collection of business requirements from stakeholders. Drives tracks the execution of project deliverables on a daily basis and participates in requirements gathering. Performs design and testing workshops to ensure alignment of objectives and tasks across teams. Works with architects, designers, senior testers, and business analysts at a technological and functional level to ensure that the solution meets business needs. Mentors junior team members on development and support processes. Collects and analyses project metrics.
Mandatory Skills: Managing a Product Backlog, Soliciting Business Requirements from Stakeholders, Using multiple sources of data to tell a data story (data fluency), Experience in Project Management.
Desired Skills: Experience in UX Design, Familiar with Lean Agile Methodology, Familiar with AI Tools and Machine Learning
