What You'll Be Working On
  • Providing comprehensive, full-scope primary care optometry and vision assessments.
  • Diagnosing, managing, and treating ocular diseases and vision disorders to the full extent of licensure.
  • Utilizing modern equipment and diagnostic technology to deliver personalized patient outcomes.
  • Focusing on clinical care while collaborating with an experienced technical and optical team.
  • Contributing to a practice culture that values professional autonomy, growth, and exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in the state of Arkansas .
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a supportive team environment.
  • Experience Tiers Welcome: Open to both early-career/new graduates and experienced clinicians.
What's In It For You
  • Competitive Compensation:

    • New Graduates: $155,000 – $160,000 base salary (based on a 4.5-day work week).
    • Experienced Associates: Closer to $175,000 starting base salary (based on a 4.5-day work week).
  • Schedule Options: Highly flexible. Full-time is structured around 4.5 days per week with zero weekend requirements, but a 3 day/week position is fully supported if part-time is desired (salary pro-rated accordingly).
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 signing bonus to welcome you to the team.
  • Health Benefits: QSEHRA medical reimbursement of $400 per month .
  • Work-Life Balance: 10 paid vacation days per year plus paid major holidays.
  • Professional Growth: $1,000 annual Continuing Education (CE) reimbursement and full coverage for State and National professional dues.
