Warehouse Team Lead, Load Shift- Cranbury, NJ

Job Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle palletization, staging, and loading of customer orders at our Cranbury, NJ facility. Responsibilities Palletize customer material based on delivery routes ensuring items are handled properly. Stage customer orders in an organized manner at the proper dock locations. Safely load pallets onto trucks based on delivery routes using the last in, first out method. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Attention to detail and good time management skills. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift. Ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and heavier weights with proper equipment. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties. Ability to safely operate appropriate powered industrial trucks. Training will be provided. This job is performed in a large distribution center warehouse environment. Salary and Location Salary Range: $22–$24 per hour. Location: Cranbury, NJ. Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 pm start.
