MERCADERISTA DE RUTA
Puesto Tiempo Completo W-2 | Bilingüe (Inglés y Español)
¿Tienes experiencia en mercadeo en tiendas, te apasiona el comercio minorista y se te facilitan las herramientas tecnológicas? Estamos buscando un Mercaderista de Ruta Bilingüe con gran energía para gestionar visitas diarias a tiendas, desarrollar relaciones sólidas con gerentes y garantizar la máxima disponibilidad de nuestros productos.
Tus Responsabilidades
- Ejecución en Tienda: Etiquetar y reponer productos en estantes, rotar inventario bajo normas PEPS/FIFO y mantener el cumplimiento estricto del planograma.
- Relaciones y Ventas: Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con gerentes de tienda para asegurar una ejecución fluida, identificar oportunidades del portafolio y negociar exhibiciones secundarias.
- Reportes vía App: Registrar visitas, monitorear la actividad de la competencia y capturar datos precisos usando la aplicación Wisy.
- Metas de Ruta: Lograr condiciones perfectas en tienda para maximizar la visibilidad del producto y aumentar las ventas, manteniendo un cumplimiento de ruta del 90%+.
Requisitos
- Bilingüe: Fluidez en inglés y español.
- Experiencia: Experiencia previa en mercadeo de tienda, productos CPG o ventas minoristas (Requerido).
- Dominio Tecnológico: Habilidad y comodidad para el uso de aplicaciones móviles de reporte (Plataforma Wisy).
- Transporte: Licencia de conducir vigente, vehículo propio confiable y seguro de auto activo para desplazarse entre las tiendas de la ruta.
