Product Data Analyst
Trident consulting is hiring for a Product Data Analyst role. The position is a W2 contract and is available in hybrid locations: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY preferred (Mon/Wed/Thurs onsite). The duration is 6+ months with a rate of $50/hr. on W2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve map data coverage and quality
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports
- Perform root-cause analysis and investigate data quality issues
- Support Mapping product analytics across Driver, Rider, and Platform experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX teams for data-driven decisions
- Lead metrics reviews, KPI planning, and measurement strategies
- Present actionable insights to leadership teams
Required Skills:
- Strong SQL expertise
- Product/Data Analytics experience
- Dashboarding & data visualization tools
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Experience with Mode, Hex, or AI data tools is a plus
- GIS/Mapping domain experience is a plus
