Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in grades PreK-12
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation
• Communicate progress and recommendations with parents, teachers, and support staff
• Support professional development activities and stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology
