Customer Experience Director (Open) – Denver, CO Location: Denver, CO – Vasquez – Retail shop Overview At Airgas, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We are hiring for a Customer Experience Director and Compliance in Denver, CO. The role offers an annual salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 and comprehensive benefits beginning after 30 days of employment. Responsibilities Lead and direct the Region Customer Experience Director (RCXD), improving customer experience and reducing churn. Collaborate with Regional Company, Business Support Center leadership, and branch associates to identify continuous improvement opportunities and technological enhancements at every step of the customer journey. Implement best practices and procedures that impact the customer experience, optimizing each step of the journey. Drive Customer Experience initiatives within the region and work directly with region Area Branch Operations Coordinators (ABOCs) and branch personnel. Improve customer experience, customer retention, and ease of the order‑to‑cash process, and reduce churn. Identify customer life‑cycle issues and lead change‑management projects at branch and region levels. Minimize or eliminate dispute creation in the field; collaborate with the BSC CX team to resolve open disputes and improve branch processes. Identify knowledge gaps in transactional accuracy/integrity and deliver targeted training with ABOCs. Partner with Division Talent Management and Region Leadership to develop CX‑oriented material for recruiting, onboarding, developing, and sustaining associates. Required Qualifications Strong leadership skills to lead and direct others locally and virtually, with the ability to communicate effectively on a regular cadence to senior executives. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms, Google Drive, Meets, Hangouts). Functional understanding of ERP systems and customer lifecycle management, including account creation, sales transactions, collections, and the Central Division Branch Operations Dashboard. Experience with SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, and integrated reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
